Since its establishment Living Concepts has gradually expanded its horizons in order to provide its clients with a wide range of services thereby making sure you will eventually share our corporate slogan “Wunnen a wuel fillen”.

In just a few words we may summarize some services we currently provide as follows:

• Construction of wooden houses at competitive prices
• Home staging, i.e. the showcase of your properties’ value and strengths with the help of a skilled interior designer.

Who:

A dynamic and young team that is willing to listen and to understand the needs of its customers; a team composed of qualified agents with a perfect command of the three official languages of the Grand Duchy as well as of English and Italian.

We perform our tasks also by exploiting a network of professionals and partners we have been able to associate with our brand and who all share our corporate philosophy whose quintessence and primary goal may be summed up as follows: always strive for excellence!

Somehow this is already implied in the official denomination of our company: our mission is to make out of Living Concepts much more than an ordinary real estate agency. Our goal is to set up a series of services that will fulfill the needs of all those who work in the real estate business. In order to achieve this goal we have developed the following additional services:

• Insurance policies, via AXA Assurances, and namely their agent Eric THILL from Hobscheid
• Provision of energy systems based on renewable photovoltaic or thermal sources that combine traditional and revolutionary applications
• Sales and installation of LED systems imported directly from their manufacturer and guaranteeing maximum profitability  

Why:

We embarked on this mission with the ambition to create something that matches the way we conceive real estate business: a win-win game whose rules we determine together with our clients and where we join forces with our partners in order to customize our services so that they will fulfill the needs the people whom we work with.
