Immocaution® is a rental guarantee insurance without deposit that will allow you to replace the bank guarantee respectively the cash deposit that are required at signing any lease agreement. This is an innovative product designed specifically for the Luxembourg and Belgian market by the insurance company Atradius Credit Insurance NV, which covers the claims of the lessor under the provisions of the lease without requiring you to deposit any money!

When you move into an apartment or a house, the lessor will always ask you to pay a rent deposit in an amount equal to 3 months rent. For people who often arrive from abroad or are in the process of starting a new stage in their career and or family, it is sometimes difficult to get that amount. The Immocaution® policy allows you to keep and use your money for other purposes (moving, setting up of the leased property, etc.) so you can put in place more urgent investments to guarantee a certain comfort to your daily life. Immocaution® is therefore another tool that helps you to share and experience our corporate slogan “wunnen a wuel fillen”, “live and feel good”.

This product is suitable for all those who are in the process of moving as well as for those who have already made a bank deposit. In order to receive a first offer, simply fill out the form you find on our website and follow the steps indicated therein. Once you have subscribed this insurance, your landlord will receive a certificate of guarantee which offers him the same security of a bank guarantee or cash deposit. The landlord will have further proof of his tenant’s solvency through the analyses carried out systematically by the guarantor Atradius ICP.
