1) Identify your needs: Internet is filled up with opportunities, special offers, pages whereby you can retrieve a thousand flats, houses etc. However, before you jump into this “jungle” you shall first of all list your needs, especially those primary needs that have to be perfectly matched and fulfilled by the property you are going to rent or buy. As you jot down your priorities, you may take into account the following suggestions:
